International seminar for Available Environment

In the framework of the Russian Government program "Available Environment", the Russian Federation CRASA and the Slovenian organization IAHD Adriatic, held a joint stage in Anapa, Russian Black Sea coast. The aim of the seminar was training instructors from 6 Russian regions  in making the underwater enviroment and the diving activities more and more available for disabled people. The assistant of the training instructor (Mr. Branko Ravnak from IAHD) was Mr. Damjan Peklar, the first CMAS One Star Instructor  in a wheeled chair whose title was conferred to him during the last CMAS General Assembly by Mr. Achille Ferrero, President of CMAS, and by Mr. Kevin O'Shaughnessy, President of the CMAS Technical Committee.

Both CRASA and IAHD Adriatic, and CMAS with them, do want go on with their joint work for making the underwater world an available environment for disabled people who wish to dive.
