Pierre Dernier - Treasurer and then Secretary General from 1991 till 2009 - Pierrot for all of us, contributed considerably in organising the Federation according to needs that social alterations ordered.
The vicissitudes of life did not allow him to see the results of his work but his name will last for ever in the Federation 's history.
