On May 25th 2011 members of the Board of the Visual Commission met in order to discuss topics of primery importance and concern. The conference was held in Bodrum-Turkey one day before the World Underwater Photo Championship.

Probably it was the most important meeting of the quadrennial legislative period, especially in order to talk about the new situation within the CMAS Visual Commission. In accordance with the CMAS BoD decision the Visual Commission was placed under the Sports Committee. This new inter-relationship was discussed and evaluated positively. It was also fortunate that the President of the Sports Committee Mr. Xavier Duran Soler took part in the Meeting and could clear some misunderstandings.
