Board of Directors Gives Final Approval to the 2011 Championships Calendar, including II. CMAS Games in Neiva-Huila and the Isle of San Andres, Colombia

On the 26th 27th November the BoD had a two days meeting in Rome to discuss a number of issues shaping the mid-term future of the Confederation. Among others the following topics were discussed:
- membership of the International Police Association
- sport rules
- certification of CMAS suppliers
- relationship to other organisations, like IOC and Sportaccord
- reorganisation of sport activities of CMAS
- championships calendar 2011, including the II. CMAS Games in Neiva-Huila and on the Isle of San Andres, Colombia from the 14th to the 28th August 2011
- substantially improved financial situation of the Confederation
- disciplinary matters, report of the Juridical Commission
- progress reports of the Sport, Technical and Scientific Committees
Next BoD meeting is scheduled for the 18th 19th February 2011. It was as well decided, that the next General Assembly of CMAS will be held in Rome Italy from the 18th to the 22nd May 2011.
