Mental Care After Diving Accidents

After a serious diving accident, in general, there is sufficient attention for the victim. But how about the buddy, the family, the club members, the board of the club, the trainers, the dive leader, … ? Based on 10 years’ experience, guidelines are formulated how a federation can found a group of volunteers to support the clubs when an accident or incident happens.
