Access of control

Dear friends,

With reference to the upcoming championship in Belgrade, please be advised that the competition shall be very strict with reference to security. Security staff will guard all the championships venue and its zones and entrance to the venue and entering the venue without accreditation shall NOT BE POSSIBLE.

We kindly ask the teams to send photos for accreditation to mail wcfd2022@gmail.com by 23.05.2022. the lates. Please note that those who do not send photos in advance LOC cannot guarantee easy access since the accreditation process takes a few days, so we advise to send the photos in advance.

Each file shall be named Country-Name-Surname-Function

Example -  SERBIA-Bozana-Ostojic-President

It is mandatory to visibly wear the accreditation cards for all participants and staff at all times during both the training and Championships period. Security and accreditation control at the entrance of the venue shall be operational from Friday 10th June 2022.

At each official hotel will be a Championships information desk. The hotel information desk will provide the following service to the national federations:

• Assistance with contact to the competition office and LOC regarding any matter associated with the championships
• Transport request assistance * in the hotels where transport is arranged

Accreditations

In the team accreditation the following functions are available:

• President of Federation
• Athlete
• Team Staff
• Team Doctor
• VIP
• Officials
• LOC

The team staff covers coaches, physiotherapists, chaperones, etc. Team press officers must apply for a media accreditation.

Accreditation will be ready for collection at hotels. After check-in the Team manager of each Federation shall pick up the accreditations from the Championships info desk located at each hotel. Please be aware that all payments for accommodation must be settled before the beginning of the competition, otherwise the participation shall be cancelled.

Teams that have not used accommodation arrangements offered by LOC shall pick up their accreditations at the LOC office located at the competition venue. Once the team has arrived to Belgrade, the Head of delegation must go to the accreditation centre bringing the passports from every member of the delegation.

Please note: If accreditations cards are lost, it has to be reported immediately. New accreditations will only be released when the athlete or staff member present himself/herself at the LOC office at the competition venue with a valid passport or identity card. Renewal of accreditation card costs 50 euro.

** It is mandatory to all team managers to present valid passports of all delegation members in order to check the entries and cards.
