Have you lost your diving card/license?

If you have lost/forgotten your CMAS diving license, you must contact the Federation or the diving centre that issued the license.
In fact, CMAS does not issue licenses directly to divers, but just to affiliated Federations and diving centres; then they deliver the cards to divers who attend the courses.
